A Good Man Is Hard To Find

A GOOD MAN
IS HARD TO FIND

Whether it was Mae West or Sophie Tucker who said it first (Helen of Troy is probably closer to the mark), every woman knows that a truly good man is a rare commodity.  Skewing a series of parallel lines, this piece renders the lament of Everywoman, set against all the racial hues of humankind.  Not to be sexist about it, it should be noted that females of similarly unblemished character may be just as hard to locate.
