Deconstruction is a term for the formal analysis lately in vogue in the study of literature.  Seldom if ever has the word been applied to the home-repair industry.  That oversight has been corrected here in a comic strip-like narrative of the consequences of letting things around the house go to pot for too long.  Even the moon and the family cat suffers.  The moral of the tale is in the title.
