KISSERS AND THE KISS

Here’s a fish story for you: A puff of wind lifted a picture postcard from the deck of a yacht in the Mediterranean.  It dropped into the deep, where it brushed against the outstretched tentacle of a passing octopus.  The creature, unaware that the illustrated side depicts Rodin’s sculpture, The Kiss,  is nonetheless so smitten by the image of two intertwined humans that its swims off to find its mate and do likewise.  Other nearby denizens of the deep, aroused by the osculatory carrying-on of the octopi, join in and soon the sea is filled with marine amore.
