THE LIFE OF MOSES

A sequel, if you will, to the “Creation” quilt.  Almost everyone knows something about Moses, the Biblical liberator and lawgiver of his people, the Israelites.  In handy digest form, here are the significant events in his life, from being discovered among the reeds of the Nile River by Pharaoh’s daughter, to his death upon Mount Nebo, forbidden by the Lord to enter the Promised Land.  Included as well among these highlights of the Book of Exodus are Moses’s vision of the burning bush, the plagues that afflicted the land of Egypt, and God’s gifting mankind with the Ten Commandments.
